VTS can make your idea a reality! Why have a lack-luster party when you can up your game and work with us to make it fabulous! It is our jam when we can plan your event from beginning to end. Themed Events with Vendors, a Personal Chef, Bartenders, Bounce Houses, TeePee Tent Sleepovers, etc… you dream, we will achieve. The possibilities are endless so, let’s plan be EXTRA, together!
Design.
Why waste your time and energy deciding on a theme or design for your event. After an initial phone consultation, VTS can turn your ideas & vision into a reality. Show us an inspiration photo or Pinterest board and it’s a wrap. Sometimes a color is all we need.! We love creative freedom and will always try to our best to bring your inspirational vibe to life! We will create a vision board for you and go over all design ideas and options. You can be as involved in this process as you’d like. We’re here to make you as comfortable as possible with planning the design for your special day.
Decor.
Once design is complete it is now time to source all decor items to achieve your vibe. Our inventory is ever growing and evolving. We try our best to always source from within and quote our own items as to not drive the costs up with rental fees and additional vendors. VTS owns an array of china, dishware, tableware, furniture and decor! But honestly, if we don’t have it, we will find it & probably buy it for ourselves.
Execute.
It’s go time! The week of your event DeAnna is making her lists and Carmen is more than likely driving her nuts making last minute purchases and design changes. We are also working with you and / or your venue and vendors on timelines. All of our time invested will come to fruition on this day and nothing makes our heart happier than to see our clients relaxed - before, during and after your event.
